Booking
The visitor is interested in filling out the contact form in the Contact Us tab, disclosing the stay that the interest and number of people.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancellation must be made a week earlier. For example, if the arrival day is Monday,cancellation for full refund must be made until last Tuesday 12.00.
ComeHome must respond within 24 hours and make an offer to the prospective visitor. If the visitor accept the offer, should respond positively in writing by answering the same email you received. Since that day in possession of 3 working days to proceed with the payment of the stay. Final reservation is only that which has been payment within 3 days. Otherwise Come Home can allocate these dates to another interested party.
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days, the first night is non-refundable and the guest is entitled to reimbursement of 50% of the remaining days. If a visitor reaches the apartment but decide to leave, then returned to 50% of the amount of days remaining.
A reservation is officially canceled when the visitor, complete the contact form under Contact and request in writing.
The visitor automatically accepts the terms of the finalization of the reservation.
